How much time do you need for setup?
We typically need 60-90 minutes for complete setup, including lighting and backdrop installation. We arrive early to ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive.
What space requirements do you have?
We need approximately 10x10 ft of space with access to standard electrical outlets. We can work with most venue layouts and will coordinate with your venue ahead of time.
Do you charge travel fees?
Events within 30 miles of Coeur d'Alene have no travel fees. For events beyond this range, we charge a modest travel fee based on distance. We service the entire Inland Northwest region.
Can we customize the photo templates?
Absolutely! All packages include custom template design with your colors, logos, and branding. We work with you to create designs that perfectly match your event aesthetic.
When do we receive our photos?
Photos are available instantly via text/email during the event, plus a live gallery for real-time viewing. Complete high-resolution gallery is delivered within 48 hours of your event.
